Specifically, I am very impressed with Joel and his security team, who goes over and above in keeping the building and community safe. The Consultants, Carrie and Sarah, who are excellent to work with and will find the most suitable condos for you. The Management team, Ramandeep, Tareq, and Ashleigh, and Concierge, Jeff, who are most accommodating. The building is always very clean thanks to the cleaning staff who work 24/7. The gym has to be one of the best I have seen for a condo. These people truly make the living experience an excellent one. One Park Central is definitely recommended and worth it. From not having to worry about package delivery to printing off return labels and bringing them to your door, the team truly goes above and beyond to make your condo expierence a good one".

The gym is amazing, the co-working space is great with COVID happening and during the summer the rooftop pool was awesome to hang out at and socialize. I love having a concierge to ensure my packages arrive safely and don't have to worry about "porch pirates"".

I met with their leasing agent Sarah who was incredible. She took all the time I needed to ensure every question was answered and that the building would meet my needs. Definitely refreshing to see a well run, well staffed building in Calgary - this truly isn't the norm, and many other establishments could learn plenty based on my experience here.
